A Message From Our Founder

My name is Kustardee Marion and my journey has not always been easy.

As a young person, I struggled with making good decisions and found myself on the wrong path. Because of the choices I made, I spent time on probation as a youth. During those difficult years, I learned firsthand how important decision-making, accountability, and personal responsibility are in shaping the future.

Instead of allowing my past to define me, I made a commitment to change my life. I began focusing on personal growth, developing better decision-making skills, and taking responsibility for my actions. Through consistent self-improvement and a willingness to learn from my mistakes, I was able to build the life I once thought was out of reach.

Today, I am proud to have a loving wife, a family, a home, children, and a successful career. These blessings did not happen overnight. They came through hard work, discipline, accountability, and a commitment to making better choices every day.

My experiences inspired me to create this organization because I know there are young people facing many of the same challenges I once faced. I understand what it feels like to be lost, discouraged, and uncertain about the future. I also know that change is possible.

My mission is to help youth develop the skills needed to make positive decisions, improve their self-confidence, and build a strong foundation for success. Through mentoring, education, and personal development, I aim to teach the values of:
